What is my User ID?
If your student email was firstname.lastname@example.org, your User ID will be jwmustang and your password is the same one you used as a student.

No PIN/Access Code?
You will need the last four digits of your SIN and your former Student Number in order to access your PIN or Access Code, available here: https://studentservices.uwo.ca/secure/PIN/ChoosePIN.cfm
If you do not recall your Student Number, you can call the Office of the Registrar helpline at 519-661-2100.

Never had a Western University email account or graduated before 1997?
Students who graduated prior to 1997 do not have a Login ID. To access Connect please email email@example.com and an account will be created for you. Please include your name, year of graduation, and student number in the email.
