Company Overview:
The Onyx Initiative is dedicated to bridging the gap in the hiring, retention, and promotion of Black college and university students and recent graduates in corporate Canada. Our goal is to expand the recruitment pipeline by forging mutually beneficial partnerships between corporations, educational institutions, and communities.

Join us for an exciting info session where you'll learn about the comprehensive career development resources that Onyx Initiative offers to empower young Black professionals to achieve their full potential and make a positive impact in their communities.

With access to key decision makers and roles, we aim to further the personal and professional aspirations of Black college and university students and recent graduates. Our 55+ corporate partners, including Bell, TD, Lululemon, Sobeys, PwC, Amazon, Hyundai, to name a few, are committed to building more diverse and inclusive work environments.

Onyx will offer two swag prizes to incentivize those students that complete the full application (incl. plum assessment). The value of the prizes is $125 each.
