Interested in gaining hands-on engineering experience through co-op over the next 3 summers?

The Transportation Career Development Program (TCDP) is the result of a partnership between the Ministry of Transportation - West Region, Stantec Consulting Limited and McLean Taylor Construction Limited. This initiative will provide FIRST year students entering Civil Engineering with a broad exposure to the design and construction of roads and bridges. Graduates with this experience should be well positioned for permanent employment in the transportation sector. The intention of the program is for students to rotate between these organizations over the next three summers.

*Must be a FIRST-YEAR undergraduate engineering student who plans to enter into the Civil Engineering program full time in September 2026 and is eligible to participate in Western Engineering Career Services' Summer Co-op program.

*Registration is required! The session will happen in-person.
