Interview Request Form – Western University
Scheduling interviews requires a minimum of 3 business days notice so that candidates can be contacted and the schedule confirmed before the interview date.
Careers & Experience offers interview space and scheduling services to employers who have posted their opportunities on Western Connect and are wishing to recruit Western students and alumni.
Interviews can be scheduled during our office hours: Monday-Friday, 9:00am-4:00pm. Our on-campus interview suite is located on the second floor of the University Community Centre (UCC) in room 210.
This form can be completed if the position has been posted on Connect and you wish to:
a) reserve an on-campus interview room, and/or
b) request assistance arranging interviews (in-person/ virtual)
It’s not mandatory to use these services when recruiting students.
Please note: internship programs have additional requirements during the hiring process.
Space requests can be made up to 2 business days before the interviews (space permitting) but employers will be responsible for contacting candidates and creating their own schedules. Completed schedules must be shared before your arrival on campus.
